W5GI has formed the A+ Operators club.  Perhaps you qualify to become a member or would like to nominate someone!

Primary consideration for entry into the A+ Operators club is given to those Amateur Radio operators who consistently exhibit superior, well balanced, natural audio quality in a bandwidth 3 KHz or less. Additionally, hams selected to be members of this club must be considerate of others, take every opportunity to assist others, especially beginners.   They should also be patient and helpful at all times, and never knowingly operate in such a way as to lessen the pleasure of others.
